T1W10 Journal Writing:Sports Day
I attended our School Sports Day.I find it rather exciting,fun and tired.I think playing with the big ball is the most interesting part of the School Sports because we can have fun hitting the ball and not letting it be in other places.I think sitting is the most uninteresting part of the School Sports because you will get to feel the hot sun burning you.The school can improve on the School Sports Day by having more activities,keep it up ! I think engaging in sports is important and useful as it keeps us strong and healthy.I did not engage in any sports.I not engage in it I am not very good at it.Sports can help us by exercising. If I was the principal of the school, I would have more sport activities to encourage pupils to engage in sports.Labels: Term 1 P6

T1W9 Journal Writing:Fire Safety
Fire safety is very important.I have not seen or experienced any incident of fire break out in your home or in my neighbourhood.If a fire were to break out in my home or outside,I will immediately call the firemen or help out.I think playing with fire or leaving an electrical appliances on are the causes of fire in homes or outside.I can warn them about fire safety to prevent fire from breaking out in your home and outside.I think some of the pupils are conscious of fire safety because some children still continues to play with fire.I was given a chance to introduce an activity for children to learn fire safety,I would check if they really are aware of safety rules.If they don't no,I will explain to them.Labels: Term 1 P6

Outside school activities
Though there are school activities,that doesn't mean that there is no outside school activies ! The activities that I am involved in outside school from Monday to Sunday are tuition and music lessons.I need 4 days to spend on these activities in one week.I spend about 1 or 2 and a half hour on each of the activities.I am involved in this activities because my parents wanted me to improve and learn.I think these activities are necessary for me.I think these activities doesn't affect my school work/studies.I also don't feel stress with all these activities as if we do not have stress,we won't be doing anything at all !I think pupils should/should not have outside school activities.Labels: Term 1 P6

What is passion for learning ? To me,passion for learning means have an interest to learn something you like.I think it is necessary for people to have a passion for learning to learn more about the subject,have the heart to learn.My family also have passion for learning,so does inventors,famous people and other people have the passion too.They show their passion for learning by understanding the thing and achieving it.I think I may/maynot have a passion for learning now.I can study hard for PSLE to develop your passion for learning and to make my parents proud !Labels: Term 1 P6

Hi everyone ! Today,I am going to talk about target setting.The purpose of setting targets for the various subjects is to achieve and try to hit the target to know whether you are achieving it or not.I go about setting the targets for myself by listening to the teachers about the marks and think how to achieve the target. I study and learn from people to help you achieve your target.My parents help to achieve my targets by teaching me and encouraging me to do better.I will study myself as well to motivate myself towards achieving the targets.I think my teacher/the school can help you achieve the targets from the studies,teaching us more for us to learn !Labels: Term 1 P6

T1W4 Journal Writing:Festivals
Hi everyone ! Today,I am going to talk about festivals.I celebrate Chinese New Year.I celebrate it because I am a Chinese Singaporean and it is my culture.I celebrate the festival by going to my relatives' house,having reunion dinner and chatting and playing with family. The festivals celebrated by the other races are Hari Raya Puasa,Deepavali,Good Friday and Christmas.They celebrate their festivals because it is their own cultures,just like ours'.I think the celebration of the various festivals help in strengthening racial harmony among the various race in Singapore by understanding them if you have the interest.6. In my opinion,we can develop stronger bonds among the various races in Singapore by learning about their different races more,you may even like to celebrate other festivals too.But................that does not mean that you can't have a friend the same race as you !Labels: Term 1 P6

Hi everybody ! It has been a long time since I have written.Today,I am going to talk about school's vision,mission and values.They are,the school of distinction for future citizens,good quality education to pupils with values,knowledge and skills and values like Self-discipline,Passion for learning,Integrity,Courage,Excellence and Sincerity.I think they are great words.Yes,I believe in the school values because they stand for something we all must achieve.Yes,the some students will think of the school values when engaging in activities in school or outside by doing it.Students can live up to the school values by thinking of it every day.I think the teachers can organise interesting games in class and in school to help students learn the values.Labels: Term 1 P6
