Stress is something which people feel.I think the causes of stress are going to work,tuition,school and mostly, studying.Yes,I sometimes felt stressed because I have to do homeworks or go for tuition.I cope with stress by relaxing,taking rests and other things.The teachers or school can help in relieving my stress by giving us recess!My message to my friends about stress is 'If you are stress,you must get a rest!'
